WHO IS THE HOLY SPIRIT ?

John14:1-18
Romans 8:26-27 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. 27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what [is] the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to [the will of] God.

·        The Holy Spirit is Jesus unlimited. He’s in charge of the church, no miracles, signs or wonders happens without his involvement.

He is the third member of the God-head, the facilitator of all God’s plans here on earth. You can’t be born again without his involvement. The holy spirit is the mighty wind and the gentle wind.
He fills every house and baptizes with fire.
·        God the father wills it, Jesus does it, the Holy spirit manifests it.
·        No man overwhelms him, he overwhelms you.
He is our teacher, comforter, advocate, standby and the gift of Jesus to the church.

·        The most powerful intercessors is Jesus and the Holy Ghost.
1 John 2:1 My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
·        The Holy Spirit quickens the word of God. God doesn’t listen to our prayers, God listens to the prayer that the spirit prays in us.
2 Corinthians 3:6 Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.
·        The Holy Spirit is called the Spirit of faith.
2 Corinthians 4:13 We having the same spirit of faith, according as it is written, I believed, and therefore have I spoken; we also believe, and therefore speak;

Zechariah 4:6  Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts. 7 Who art thou, O great mountain? before Zerubbabel thou shalt become a plain: and he shall bring forth the headstone thereof with shoutings, crying, Grace, grace unto it.
