THE FORCE OF FAITH (III)

(Exodus 6:1-4)

Unbelieving is not fun for faith.The things that are robing us of God’s blessings is not God.

Walking by faith does not assure that no pressure will come against you; you may not be able to control that, but you can control what gets in you.

No affliction is permitted beyond a ‘moment. As children of God, we are not allowed to suffer beyond a second. “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory.”2 Corinthians 4:17

2 Peter 3:9 “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to usward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”

In the midst of economic holocaust, Pharaoh had multiplied the pain of God’s people. He was determined to see that the Israelites die with hard labour. God will deliver Israel. However, He will do it His way, but faith is needed because faith is Rare and precious. Real faith is more precious than gold.

The common practice among African Christians today is, they believe that ‘one road does not lead to the market. This has been the source of their torment in life and the reason God may never intervene in their affairs. (We need to get out of that grip).

“Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come to thee.”Job 22:21

As long as God is your source, the devil will never win the war over you.

Remember, Pharaoh is the facilitator, initiator of all iniquity. Redemption is the only guaranty escape from all intended strategy of Pharaoh.

Another alternative will result in futility. Serving God is not a gift but a choice. When we choose to serve God and are interested in His kingdom, we commit to Him to fight our battles.

To operate the force of faith, you must locate your STREAM; people you are connected to; the source you feed from.

Moses had his lineage, he knew his stream. Exodus 3:6 Moreover he said, I [am] the God of thy father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob. And Moses hid his face; for he was afraid to look upon God.

Understanding your stream helps you fulfil purpose. Moses fulfilled his call because he had an understanding of those he was connected to, to the extent that God announced his death and no one could locate his sepulcher. The bible records that even at old age, he was not feeble. Deuteronomy 34:7 “And Moses was an hundred and twenty years old when he died: his eye was not dim, nor his natural force abated.” That’s what happens in the right stream – Longevity, sound health and grace.

Also, you must find the right ATMOSPHERE. Stay under the right covering where everything is perfect. 2 Timothy 3:15 &17 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

You might not be where you want to be, but there is an unexplainable peace and fulfillment you have on the inside that your tomorrow will be great. Don’t throw it away.

Stay away from:

*Polluted atmosphere

*People that stain the grace of God upon your life.

*Wrong gathering, wrong company

All these can terminate God’s purpose for your life.

MERCY AND GRACE

God's mercy is His tenderhearted, loving compassion for his people. It is His tenderness of heart toward the needy. Matthew 9:28-29 • Your rightful position can never be yours unless you out grow your childhood. Only sons can ascend the thrones. Thrones are for sons not for children. Hearing God’s voice is not a gift, but a birthright. Romans 9:15-16 Grace positions you, mercy approves you. What you don’t need, God cannot supply. He will only supply all your needs according to His riches in glory. STEPS TO STAYING UNDER MERCY AND GRACE 1. The Communion Matthew 26:26-29 There is a difference between mysteries and stories. Only the sons of God can access mysteries. Do not mistake stories for mysteries, stories are lifeless, but mysteries are things that are tangible, revealed by the Holy Spirit and can be applied to real life. 2. Seek God in Prayers Prayer draws the hand of God in a situation. It is the link that connects man to the throne-room of God. If you want to know the will of God in any situation, you must pray, you must ask Him. Jeremiah 33:3 A vision that is not proved is not a vision to be pursued. A word that is not tested is not a word to be relied upon. There is a part God has prepared for everyone born of Him. He forbids anyone turning from His path either to the right or left. 3. Spiritual Sensitivity An 8 years old child who is declared King only carries the title. He cannot make a decision. You can only enter the place God has for you when you outgrow childhood to son-ship. The key to success is: “I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.”(KJV)John 5:30 Isaiah 30:21And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This [is] the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.(KJV) Further Study: Matthew 15:22-28

FINANCIAL PROSPERITY

The covenant of prosperity lies on the instructions of seed time and harvest. What prospers is your seed, when there is no seed, there is no prosperity. 1 Kings 17:7-14, There are things we do because we consider them convenient, but there are other things we do because we see them as commandment. There are people who have attained what you are trying to obtain, God puts them ahead of you to help you take the most appropriate step in your life. What you give determines what you get, what you think determines what you take. You cannot think poor and mistakenly become rich. “For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he.” Prosperity is impossible without sowing seeds. No matter how much you have, once you’re not a seed sower, you cannot escape poverty. Your giving does not enrich God, it enriches you. As a citizen of the kingdom of God, the prophetic giving is our civic responsibility. 3 STEPS TO RECEIVE FINANCIAL PROSPERITY  Giving to the Prophet. Mark 6:35-44 It takes spiritual impact to engage material returns. Publicity is not what grows the business, it only creates awareness, but spiritual impact is what brings transformation. Romans 1:11. When prophetic giving becomes your practice, life will give you its best. If you want financial miracle, hear what the word of God is saying. (Luke 8:1-3 )  Exceeding grace (The power of Administration) The strength of any business is largely dependent on the efficiency of his organisational structure. It takes more than “luck” to succeed in business. Where good administration is lacking, good result will also be lacking 1 Kings 17:16. Administration is putting things in their respective places in other to achieve an ultimate goal.1 Corinthians 3:10-15, 2 Kings 4:1-7.
