THE FORCE OF FAITH (II)

Exodus 6:1-4 
 

·         Walking by faith does not assure that no pressure will come against you; you may not be able to control that, but you can control what gets in you.

The Lord said in the scriptures “with a strong hand shall he let them go and with a strong hand shall he drive them out from his land.”

·         We live in a challenging world where every aspect of human endeavor is affected.

This is because the devil goes to and fro the earth, seeking whom he may devour.

·         As long as we remain in this kingdom on earth, we cannot escape, but contend with Pharaoh;

Pharaoh is the facilitator of all iniquity. Redemption is the only guaranty escape from all intended strategy of Pharaoh.

Another alternative will result in futility, for instance; most sicknesses and diseases, many of which are generational are actually curses afflicted by the devil. As a result of this, the pain in the body will defile all medical and psychological solution because of its demonic roots.

·         The bible speaks to us about men who contended with the Pharaoh of their time. They are called THE HEROES OF FAITH:

1)Abel: By faith, Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testified of his gifts: and it being dead yet speaketh.

2) Enoch: By faith, Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and he was not found because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.

3) Noah: Hebrews 11:7 By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.

4) Abraham: Hebrews 11:8-10 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. 9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as [in] a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: 10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker [is] God.

Hebrews 6:12 “That ye be not slothful but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises”

KEY POINTS TO OPERATING THE FORCE OF FAITH

1)       LOCATION: (Genesis 12:1-2) Abraham needed to step out for God’s promises to take effect.

You cannot forcefully open the door that has been shut by the Lord.

There is the place where God has commanded your blessings.

There is a river where your axe head will swim.

2)       SPIRITUAL LINEAGE : HERITAGE (Exodus 3:6 )

·         Who are you connected to?

·         What voice are you hearing?

·         Who are you mentors?

·         Who is your father?

·         Where is your stream and what stream are you drinking from?

3)       RIGHT ATMOSPHERE: 2 Timothy 3:15-17

·         What scripture are you running with?

·         What is the depth of the word of God in you?

·         Not every revelation is for you
