UNCOMMON FAVOUR FOR FINANCIAL ABUNDANCE (III)

Bible Text: Hebrews 12:14-17
What you believe about your identity is going to change your behavior.
Anytime you isolate yourself from the people who need you the most you become increasingly irrelevant
There is nothing as powerful as a changed mind. You can change everything around you (your job, your car, your clothes, your church, even your pastor) it won’t mean anything until you change your perception.

Follow peace with all men, work on your relationship with people and practice holiness.
2 Corinthians 5:17
Ephesians 4:22-24 22 That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;23 And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

RENEWING YOUR MIND
We say to a dying world repent and be born again and we say to the born again: you’ve got to renew your mind.
An un renewed mind is a mind that wants to serve God with his sinful nature. He thinks God will prosper his evil ways. God has no plan to prosper a thief.
Proverbs 4:20-23 20 My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.21 Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.22 For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.23 Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.

3 STEPS TO RENEWING YOUR MIND
1.      Take off the old man and put on the spirit of a new man; Christ Jesus.
·         Stop doing things the old way
The Prodigal son had to renew his mind Luke 15:17-18 17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger!18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee,
·         What is in us controls what happens around us.
·         Change your heart and change your thought and you’ll change your life.

2.      Thanksgiving
Thanking God for every little thing; the big and the small, the best and the bad times.
Psalm 34:1 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

3.      Giving to the Lord
Serve God with your offerings Acts 20:32-35 32 "And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.33 I have coveted no man's silver, or gold, or apparel.34 Yea, ye yourselves know, that these hands have ministered unto my necessities, and to them that were with me.35 I have shewed you all things, how that so labouring ye ought to support the weak, and to remember the words of the Lord Jesus, how he said, It is more blessed to give than to receive."

To renew your mind, you need to position yourself and talk to the right people. (proverbs 22-24)
If you’re not easily accessible you could waste lots of opportunities
…. What he thinks is what he really is.” Proverbs 23:7 (GNT)
Don’t settle for less… You’ve got to Upgrade the way you think, aspire and pray BIG.
You’ve got to think outside the box! You’ve got to stretch yourself.
Open yourself up to information and take off every limitation.
Where you were born doesn’t matter! You need to consciously work on your perception and interpretations of situations.
Be Positive!
Job 22:29 "When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person."

This week, you will experience Uncommon favor!

YOU ARE BLESSED.

  1. As stated by Stanford Medical, It is really the SINGLE reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh 42 pounds less than we do.

(By the way, it has absoloutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret-exercise and absolutely EVERYTHING to related to "how" they are eating.)

BTW, I said "HOW", and not "what"...
