The scripture cannot be broken, what
prospers is your seed, when there is no seed, there is no prosperity.
1 Timothy 6:17 Kjv: Charge them
that are rich in this world, that they be not high-minded, nor trust in
uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to
enjoy;
Amplified: As for
the rich in this world, charge them not to be proud and arrogant and
contemptuous of others, nor to set their hopes on uncertain riches, but on God,
Who richly and ceaselessly provides us with everything for [our] enjoyment.
Paul here is talking about sowing
financial seed, to create financial harvest. The covenant of prosperity lies on
the instructions of seed time and harvest.
·
Seed time precedes harvest. It is not harvest that
determines the seed, but the seed determines the harvest. It is the seed that
guarantees the bread.
Isaiah 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:(KJV)
Isaiah 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:(KJV)
Malachi 3:3-4 And he
shall sit [as] a refiner and purifier of silver: and he shall purify the sons
of Levi, and purge them as gold and silver, that they may offer unto the LORD
an offering in righteousness. 4 Then
shall the offering of Judah and Jerusalem be pleasant unto the LORD, as in the
days of old, and as in former years.(KJV)
TITHING:
Malachi 3:10-11
Prosperity is impossible without tithing. No one escapes poverty when
they do not pay their tithe. No matter how much you give, once your tithe is
out of place, you attracts a curse. Your tithing does not enrich God, it
enriches you.
·
As a citizen of the kingdom of God, payment of our
tithes is our civic responsibility.
Malachi 3:8-9 Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed me. But ye say,
Wherein have we robbed thee? In tithes and offerings. 9 Ye [are] cursed with a curse: for ye have robbed me, [even] this
whole nation.(KJV)
Leviticus 27:30 And all the tithe of the land, [whether] of the seed
of the land, [or] of the fruit of the tree, [is] the LORD'S: [it is] holy unto
the LORD.(KJV)
·
When tithing becomes your practice, life will give you
its best.
·
Tithing is the only way to keep the windows of heaven
opened.
·
If you want a financial miracle, hear what God is
saying. “Bring ye all the tithes into
the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now
herewith, saith the LORD of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of
heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that [there shall] not [be room] enough
[to receive it].”
God cannot deny Himself, haven’t you heard what He said in Psalm 89:34 “My covenant will I not break nor alter the things that
is gone out of my mouth.”
God’s word is four dimensional- For
Principles, reproof, correction and
instruction. Many likes the principle, but only few enjoy the instructions.
·
If you are not a giver, no fasting or prayer can
rescue you from being a beggar.
Luke 16:11, 2 Corinthians 11:3
The money in your bank account or pocket is not what holds tomorrow,
don’t trust in it. The only way to show that you don’t trust in money is to
give it out. Trust is an expression of our commitment. Offerings are given in
trust. To say “God, I am not depending on my ability, but on your
resources”
