You are as powerful as a word
you receive. The
father said to his servants, bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and
put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet:
God’s word in your mouth is your significance. When you speak a word
that is so powerful, it will change your position.

This is true of everything whether in the
legal world, University, industries or a church. If we preach a word that is of
low quality, we are going to produce low quality people.
GROWTH IS BASED ON TWO THINGS:
1.
THE INFUSION OF GIFTED PEOPLE
When we have a
combination of gifted people, it will raise the profile of our ministry.
Gifted people bring new ideas and
brilliant communicating skill.
